“Rahsaan made the whole experience easy.”
He was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond in every aspect. We are 1st time home buyers and no matter how many questions we had he was extremely patient and super helpful. I would without a doubt reccommend him to anyone purchasing a home.

“We had a great experience working with James Rhoads, Co-owner/Realtor® with The Ramsey Rhoads Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty.”
He was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling our home. James was always available to answer our questions by text or phone and made sure we understood every step. He went above and beyond to support us, especially during longer waiting periods and delays, and kept everything moving forward smoothly. We really appreciated his guidance and advice, which helped us make confident decisions. If you’re looking for a dependable and dedicated realtor, we highly recommend James Rhoads.
